Tips to build immunity naturally

Nowadays, everyone is talking about immunity as it has been linked with the deadly disease coronavirus.

It’s believed that people with low immunity issues are more prone to get the coronavirus disease and hence, doctors and health experts all over the world are advising people to build up their immunity levels.

Here are some natural ways to build a strong immunity:
1) Avoid smoking:
Yes, smoking is injurious to your health. If you are a regular smoker and didn’t yet find a reason to quit, then please do it now. Saving your life will save many lives from danger.

2) Exercise regularly:
You will argue saying that no gyms or parks are open to do exercise, yoga and jogging due to the lockdown. Agreed. But you have four walls in your home, wherein you can find a small place and start stretching your legs and hands and keep your body on the move. You need to have six-pack abs, all you need to have is a good fit body that can survive any health issue. Doing regular household chores also helps a great deal if you put your heart and soul to it.

3) Eat fruits and vegetables:
Include good citrus fruits, protein-rich vegetables in your daily diet. Drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day is a must. Drinking milk and buttermilk can also help. Ghee, ginger, turmeric, onion, garlic are all good things to include in your daily diet to keep you away from diseases.

4) Sleep well and take proper rest:
If you are someone who is quite stressed out of job and relationships due to the pandemic, then you are likely to suffer from sleep issues. Switch OFF the TV if you are only watching news. Watching negativity should be avoided at any cost. Watch something interesting that adds laughter and joy in your life. Sleep for atleast 8 to 9 hours every night as it will calm your nerves and keep you fresh throughout the day.
