TMC national general secretary Abhishek Banerjee, party’s Rajya Sabha MP Derek O’Brien, Bengal Sports Minister Manoj Tiwary, MP Sushmita Dev, and Babul Supriyo are among the prominent campaigners in the list.

Though the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is attempting a return, the Mamata Banerjee-led Trinamool Congress is preparing to make its election debut in Goa in 2022. It should be noted that TMC did not have a single representative in the previous state legislature. According to sources, the Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party (MGP) has announced that it will run in the Goa elections alongside the TMC.
