Hoogly: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Hooghly in West Bengal to inaugurate the metro and rail projects. Addressing the public meeting on this occasion, PM Modi said that the public gathering here is giving a very big message from Bengal to Delhi. West Bengal has now made up its mind to change. The PM said that appeasement was emphasized instead of vote bank, development of all, instead of patriotism.
The PM began his address in Bengali. He said that now we don’t have to stop but move forward. Bengal is committed to rapid development. Taking a dig at Mamta Banerjee and the previous governments of West Bengal, PM Modi said that people are prevented from worshiping Mother Durga in Bengal. Prevents their immersion.
The Prime Minister said, “People of Bengal will never forgive such people who insult their culture for votebank politics.” I said, “Today I assure the people of Bengal, when BJP government will be formed in Bengal So every Bengalis will be able to glorify their culture. Nobody will scare him, suppress him. The BJP will work for the creation of that sonar Bangla, in which the history here, its culture will become stronger by the day. “
