According to Yeida CEO Arun Veer Singh, the Uttar Pradesh government would establish an electronic park in the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) area, which will attract a 50,000-crore investment.
According to the official, the government decided to build the Electronic Park in response to the rising interest in Uttar Pradesh among electronic industry heavyweights due to the state’s “investor-friendly” laws. According to Singh, the park would be built on a 250-acre plot in Yeida’s Sector 14 or Sector 10 near Jewar Airport.

The decision to construct an electronic park comes only weeks after the Uttar Pradesh government revealed plans to create a massive medical device park in Noida. Yeida has set aside 350 acres of land for Uttar Pradesh’s first medical gadget park, developed in two phases. More than 20,000 people are anticipated to be employed in the park.
Apart from the medical device and electronic parks, the Uttar Pradesh government has also proposed ambitious projects such as Jewar Airport, Film City, Toy Park, and Leather Park. Toy Park and Leather Park, according to the government, will employ more than 10,000 people.

According to the state administration, since the decision to build Jewar Airport in the Yeida area, 1,942 investors have been given land to build their businesses. Industrialists are anticipated to invest Rs 17,000 crore in establishing their companies, which would employ around 2.65 lakh people. Yeida is a 2,689-square-kilometer region divided into six districts that will be constructed in two phases.
