Lucknow: Seeing unemployment becoming a big issue among youth, the Yogi government has come into action in Uttar Pradesh. CM Yogi has sought details of vacant posts in departments from all commissions and recruitment boards. Along with this, he also instructed to complete the recruitment process for all the posts in the next three months and distribute the appointment letters in 6 months.
In a meeting with officials at Lok Bhavan on Friday, the Chief Minister has asked all departments to immediately provide details of vacant posts. He said that like 3 lakh recruitments done so far, start a new recruitment process in the next three months in a transparent manner.
Additional Chief Secretary Avnish Awasthi has informed that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will soon hold a meeting with the heads of all commissions and recruitment boards.
It is worth noting that the proposal of the Yogi Adityanath government to keep the initial 5 years contract in government jobs is being strongly opposed in the state these days. Protests were seen in many cities of UP on Thursday.
