Yogi government will not cut salary of state employees
Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has said that the success of Lockown is the successful treatment of Covid-19. Hence the effective implementation of the lockdown should be ensured.
The Chief Minister was expressing his views at a meeting called to review the lockdown system implemented for control of corona virus covid-19 at his government residence here today. He said that the state government is providing free food grains of April 2020 to the poor. The Energy Department should ensure that the fixed charge of electricity is not charged from the industries during the lockdown period. He said that the state government would not make any cut in the salary of the state employees.
The Chief Minister has directed the nodal officers that citizens affected by the lockdown should not face any problem of any kind.
The Chief Minister said that before sending people from other states to their villages, shelter homes at district level should be established and kept in quarantine.
The Chief Minister directed the officers to ensure successful operation of community kitchens in all the districts. The Chief Minister said that uninterrupted supply of all essential items should be ensured in the state and there should be no obstruction in the supply chain. Ensure supply of essential items in grocery shops, so that common people do not have to face any problem.
