New Delhi: The Rajasthan High Court on Friday upheld its old decision while giving relief to Sachin Pilot Camp, after which the news is coming that Rajasthan Speaker CP Joshi is preparing to go to the Supreme Court against this order.
It is noteworthy that the High Court while delivering its verdict said that the Speaker cannot take disqualification action against the rebel MLAs including Pilot. Now the news is that the speaker can move the top court against this decision.
Its first speaker has also gone to the Supreme Court regarding the old decision of the Rajasthan High Court. Earlier this week, after hearing the Rajasthan High Court reserved its decision till Friday. The speaker went to the Supreme Court on Wednesday after reaching the High Court to give notice of disqualification to the MLAs. A hearing was held on Thursday in the Supreme Court, in which Kapil Sibal presented the speaker’s favor. The court has set the date for the next hearing on Monday.
