New Delhi: Delhi Police has named actor Deep Sidhu and ‘Gangster’ turned social activist Lakkha Sidhana in the FIR registered in connection with the violence at Red Fort. Officials gave this information on Wednesday.
He said that Delhi Police has registered a case at Kotwali police station in Northern district under relevant sections of Indian Penal Code, Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act and other laws. The ancient monuments and archaeological sites and the Relics Act and the Arms Act provisions have also been added to the FIR.
According to an order issued by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), the Red Fort will remain closed for visitors from 27 January to 31 January.
