New Delhi: Congress MP and former President Rahul Gandhi has taunted Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the declining economy. Rahul said that Moody’s has judged Modi’s efforts “worse than junk”.

The credit rating agency Moody’s on Monday reduced India’s sovereign (national) rating from ‘BAA2’ to ‘BAA3’. For the first time in the last 22 years, Moody’s has reduced India’s rating.
