Mayawati wrote on Twitter that “If the claim of UP Police busting a terrorist conspiracy in Lucknow and the links of two people arrested in this case is true, then it is a serious matter and appropriate action should be taken.” Otherwise, there should be no politics under its guise, which is being feared.
In another tweet, the BSP supremo said, “This type of action creates doubts in the minds of people only when the UP assembly general election is approaching. If there is truth behind this action, then why was the police oblivious for so long? This is the question people are asking. Therefore, the government should not take any such action which will further increase the uneasiness among the people.
