Krsnaa Diagnostics Limited’s 1,213 crores initial public offering is slated to begin on August 4 in the latest healthcare transaction. The IPO price range for the specialized diagnostics firm has been set at Rs 933-954 per share.

According to the firm, investors can bid for a minimum of 15 equity shares and in multiples of 15 after that. According to a corporate statement, the offer includes a reserve of up to Rs. 20 crores for subscription by a qualified worker.

Krsnaa Diagnostics runs diagnostic centers through public-private partnerships (PPPs) with public health organizations. It offers public and commercial hospitals with diagnostic services such as teleradiology, pathology, and radiology.

After launching with just two radiology centers, it currently has over 1,000 radiography centers and 500 pathology centers in its network, handling over 70,000 CT/MRI and 5 lakh X-rays each month and employs over 1,000 people at the centers.

The profits from the offering would be used to open diagnostic centers in Punjab, Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh, and Maharashtra, as well as to pay off debts and for other business reasons, according to the firm. JM Financial, DAM Capital Advisors, Equirus Capital, and IIFL Securities are the issue’s book running lead managers. Glenmark Life Sciences and Windlas Biotech both issued initial public offerings in the pharmaceutical sector recently.

Diagnostics IPO

Thyrocare, which PharmEasy just took out the promoter interest, Dr. Lal Pathlabs, and Metropolis Healthcare are among the other public diagnostics firms. The book running lead managers are Equirus Capital Private Limited, DAM Capital Advisors Limited, IIFL Securities Limited.
