New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal government has announced a new excise policy for Delhi. Giving information on Monday, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said, “New liquor shops will no longer be opened in Delhi, with this the government has reduced the drinking age from 25 years to 21 years.”

Sisodia said, “Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has taken a major decision to clamp down on the liquor mafia in Delhi. Changing the excise policy of Delhi, all those factors are being removed due to which the liquor mafia is able to run its illegal business. ”

The AAP leader said, “The legal drinking age in Delhi will now be 21 years, a person under this age will not be allowed to enter a place where alcohol is served. It should be known that till now the age of drinking in Delhi was 25 years.
