Kapil Mishra Attends Govardhan Puja at Gurgaon Namaz Ground

BJP leader Kapil Mishra attended a Govardhan puja organised in Gurgaon. For the last two weeks, right-wing organisations and local citizens have disrupted the Sector 12A location, where namaz was being served under police protection.  A group of 26 protestors, including some members of right-wing organisations, were detained late last month for attempting to interrupt the namaz before being freed on bail the same day. The event on Friday drew a large number of people.

“Yesterday on Diwali, a lot of decrees and edicts were forced on Hindus all throughout the country,” Mishra said during the event, referring to the blowing of firecrackers. So, what was the outcome? Jitna dabaoge, jitna atyachar karoge, jitna dabaoge, jitna atyachar karoge, jitna daba We are a peaceful people. Agar daboage toh wahi hoga jo pure desh mein hua hai, but agar daboage toh wahi hoga jo pure desh mein hua hai.

If we are pressed up against a wall, we must push back (Phir ek dhakka toh maarna hi padta hai).” “Do not utilise highways for your politics,” he continued. It was in Shaheen Bagh that we had spotted it. They’d created a tamasha by closing all of the roadways. Is the CAA still in effect? If arteries and nerves are stopped, the body’s movements are halted. Similarly, if roads are stopped, the city and its residents suffer.

“The Constitution guarantees that everyone has equal rights. Roadblocking is not permissible in any faith. This isn’t supposed to happen. Gurgaon is a world-renowned metropolitan metropolis. You will obstruct traffic here. You’re going to put a stop to them in Delhi? This isn’t something that can be found in any faith. This is a method of halting and disrupting the country’s economy.

People who walk on roads, conduct companies on them, or utilise them to get to workplaces, hospitals, and schools have the first right to them. If local citizens disagree, no one has a constitutional right to sit on the side of the road and obstruct traffic. There’s no end in sight.  Others will be inspired to stand up for our rights as a result of us performing this pooja. It is difficult to close highways every week, and it is unacceptably. This will not be tolerated. It is not an option to prevent individuals from travelling to schools, hospitals, or places of employment.”

On Sunday, the Samiti stated that the Govardhan puja will be held in all public areas to combat namaz. Some members of the Muslim community have stated that they would be prepared to migrate if they were given an alternative location or if Waqf board holdings were freed of encroachments.

The Gurgaon government revoked permission for namaz at eight locations in the city on Thursday. The decision was made following “objection from nearby residents and resident welfare organisations,” according to a statement from the Gurgaon police. For this purpose, a committee was formed that included members of the Hindu and Muslim communities as well as social organisations.
