India warn Beijing, there may be a reaction if activities are not stopped in eastern Ladakh

New Delhi: India on Friday warned China that using force to change the status quo would not only harm peace in the border areas but could also result in wider bilateral relations and allow Beijing to halt its activities in eastern Ladakh needed.

India’s ambassador to China, Vikram Misri, said in an interview, “The only way to resolve the current military deadlock over the LAC in eastern Ladakh is for China to believe that it is not the right way to forcefully change the status quo.”

The Indian Ambassador said that the activities of the Chinese military have significantly damaged confidence in bilateral relations. He said that it is the responsibility of the Chinese side to look at the relationship carefully and set its direction. The Indian Ambassador said that maintaining peace and tranquility along the border is essential for the progress of bilateral relations between India and China.

He said, ‘From our point of view the solution to this issue is very simple. The Chinese side needs to stop disrupting the normal patrolling practices of Indian troops. ”He also dismissed China’s claim of sovereignty over the Galvan Valley in Ladakh as completely invalid and said that such exaggeration was done The claims made do not help the situation.

Describing India’s position on the determination of LAC in Galvan valley very clear, he said that our soldiers have been patrolling these areas for a long time without any difficulty.
