A fourth case was registered against Twitter on Tuesday. A fresh case has been registered on his site regarding child pornography. The Cyber ​​Cell of Delhi Police has registered this case regarding pornographic content related to children. This FIR has been done on the complaint of National Commission for Protection of Child Rights.

The complaint is that child pornographic material is being continuously posted on the micro-blogging site Twitter. NCPCR had lodged a formal complaint with the Cyber ​​Cell regarding this. The commission had also directed the DCP cyber cell to appear on June 29. One of these letters written by the commission was to the cyber cell and the other to the Delhi Police Commissioner. This case has been registered on Twitter under POCSO Act and IT Act.

Earlier, the Uttar Pradesh Police had sent a legal notice to the MD of Twitter India along with registering a case for disturbing “communal harmony” in the case of beating a Muslim elder in Ghaziabad. This notice was sent to Manish Maheshwari, MD of Twitter in India. He was called to Loni police station to record his statement within a week.

However, in the Ghaziabad case, Twitter MD Manish Maheshwari got relief from the Karnataka High Court. After this the matter has reached the Supreme Court. The UP Police has challenged this order in the Supreme Court. A case has also been registered against Maheshwari for showing the wrong map of India and showing Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh separately. In Madhya Pradesh too, he has been prosecuted in a similar case.
