New Delhi: Farmers’ movement has been going on in the capital Delhi for the last 42 days. The agitation of the farmers is now increasing every day on the demand of the withdrawal of three new agricultural laws brought by the Modi government. Meanwhile, today farmers are taking out the Samyukt Kisan Morcha Tractor Rally in the capital Delhi. Farmers’ tractor march has started on the KMP Expressway. Farmers who arrived at different borders in Delhi reached the expressway with their tractors. During this time, a large number of security forces have been deployed along the border in view of the tractor march of the farmers on the Singhu border. Explain that in view of inclement weather, farmers had postponed the ‘tractor march’ to be held on Wednesday.
Many farmer organizations have said that this is the rehearsal before the tractor parade to be held on 26 January. A protestor on the Singhu border told, “Today we are going to do a tractor rally. Our route will be on the Tikari border from here onwards and then there will be Ghazipur border. We will take our right. Rakesh Tikait, spokesman of the Bharatiya Kisan Union present in Ghazipur border, said that the tractor rally is ready for January 26. Our route is from here to Dasna, after that we will stop on Aligarh road, there will be an anchor, then from there we will come back and the tractor with Noida will go to Palwal. We are doing this to convince the government.
The demonstrating farmers said on Tuesday that their tractors proposed on January 6 had postponed March to January 7 due to bad weather forecasts. He also said that he would intensify his movement in the coming days.
