New Delhi: In the midst of a political crisis in Rajasthan, the ED has clamped down on the family of state Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. The Enforcement Directorate has raided his elder brother. The ED team reached the residence of CM Gehlot’s elder brother Agrasen Gehlot in Jodhpur on Wednesday. This action is going on in many places of Rajasthan, West Bengal, Gujarat and Delhi on fertilizer scam. Under which raids are being conducted at the house of Agrasen Gehlot and the residence of former MP Badri Ram Jakhar.
Earlier, Rajasthan Assembly Speaker CP Joshi said on Wednesday that he will file SLP in the Supreme Court today in the matter of notice to MLAs. He said that the powers of the court and the assembly are fixed in the constitution. I am in favor of maintaining the dignity of the post of the Speaker. He said, I respect the court. First the court gave time till July 21, then I respected it, then on Tuesday, the court said that till the 24th, the speaker should not take any decision, I also respect him.
