New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi today spoke through video conferencing with the beneficiaries of this campaign on the occasion of completion of 6 years of Digital India. He said that digitalisation of education is the need of the hour. The corona pandemic has accelerated this process. Now our effort is to get cheap and good internet connectivity in the village. Cheap mobiles and other mediums should be available so that even the poorest children can study well. At the same time, farmers across the country have increased confidence in the ENAM platform.
The PM also said that the facility of “One Nation One Ration Card” has emerged as a big facility for crores of workers of the country. The laborers who work in the city are picking up ration in the cities with the help of “One Nation One Ration Card” and their family is picking up the remaining quota of food grains in the villages.
On this occasion, the Union Minister said that Ravi Shankar Prasad said that 6 years of Digital India have been completed. Bank accounts of the poor were opened. The money of welfare schemes is directly deposited in the bank account of the poor. Today farmers are selling their crops through digital agriculture.
