New Delhi: With the approval of emergency use from the Drugs Control General of India, the price of Covshield has also come up. This decision paves the way for a comprehensive vaccination campaign in the country.

Adar said, “The company currently has 40 to 50 million vaccine doses available. We are now waiting for a contract with the government. ” He said, “The contract will be signed in the coming 7-10 days, after that we will start supplying the vaccine.”

Poonawala said, “The government has not even approved the export of the vaccine. We also have relationships with 68 countries. We will soon demand permission from the government so that it can give them the vaccine. ”
