Kolkata: Prime Minister Narendra Modi while addressing a rally at the Brigade Grounds in Kolkata today said that during such a long political tenure, such a huge mass group has never been blessed. He said that this land of Bengal has given energy to our values. This land of Bengal burnt new life in the freedom movement of India. This land of Bengal increased the pride of India in the science of knowledge. He said that take note of my point from this rally ground, we will bring back what has been taken from Bengal till now.
Addressing a massive rally at the brigade parade ground, Mr Modi said he had never such a sea of humanity in his political life.
“It seems am addressing a May 2 rally’ Mr Modi said. May 2 is the date of counting results after eight-phase poll for 294 seats West Bengal legislative Assembly.
Mr Modi assured the people that BJP would not rest after being voted to power and they would strive until the state’s glorious future was restored.
He said once the double engine government was formed the NDA government would ensure Bengal development at per with other developed states of the country.

Mr Modi said Didi is no longer the person who raised voice against the Left.
Attacking CM Mamata Banerjee, PM Modi said, “I have known Didi since ages. She is not the same person who raised her voice against the Left. She speaks someone else’s language now and is being controlled.
“You’ve pushed Bengal towards separation instead of development, and thus the lotus is blooming. You’ve divided people on religious lines, and thus the lotus is blooming,” he said.
The Prime minister said TMC has done so many scams that a ‘Corruption Olympics’ can be organized.
He said, “Tolabaazi, syndicate, commission cut. You have done so many scams that a ‘Corruption Olympics’ game can be organized. You have played with the hard-earned money of the people and their lives.”
Mr Modi attacked TMC govt, says it ‘plunged Bengal into debt’
“You have played with people’s lives, with their hard-earned money. You locked the tea gardens, plunged the state into debt. You took away jobs from youth, their salary. Now this will not work, now this game will not work,” the PM said.
Mr Modi appealed to the people vote for BJP without any fear. “I appeal to all of you to not be afraid! Vote for BJP without any fear. Vote against ill-governance and for freeing people of fear. Bengal wants development and vote for it,” he said.
“We gave Corona vaccine for free at govt hospitals. The Corona vaccine is so expensive in the world. But I arranged for my friends to be vaccinated at the government hospital for free,” Mr Modi said.
He said, “Lotus is blooming in Bengal because your party has spawned muck in the state.”
