Ballia (UP): BJP leader fired bullets in youth’s chest in front of SDM and CO

Baliya: In a dispute over a government quota shop in Ballia, UP, a BJP leader shot and killed a young man in front of the SDM and CO. This incident is being reported from Durjanpur village. There was a stampede as soon as the bullet started. The young man injured by the bullet was immediately rushed to the hospital, where he died. Everyone including the officer escaped from the spot. Taking advantage of the stampede, accused leader Dhirendra Singh also escaped. A case of murder has been registered against him. This incident occurred in broad daylight, stirred up the entire area. Taking strict action in this matter, CM Yogi Adityanath has ordered the SDM, CO and other officials present on the spot to suspend with immediate effect.

According to the information, on Thursday an open meeting was going on at the Panchayat Bhavan for the allocation of two quota shops of Gram Sabha Durjanpur and Hanumanganj. SDM, CO and BDO of Baria were also present in it. The police force was also present as a precautionary measure. Some self-help groups had applied for these two shops. Due to the dispute for the shop of Durjanpur, it was decided to allot quota among the claimants. The rules for voting have been laid that in case of Aadhaar or any other identity card, the person can vote. .

It is being told that one party had an Aadhaar card and an identity card, but the other party did not have any ID proof. A debate started on both sides regarding this matter. People on both sides took sticks and sticks with each other and billed each other. Meanwhile, BJP leader Dhirendra Pratap Singh uf W. started firing. The bullet was hit by a youth named Jayaprakash alias Gama Pal, who later died.

According to sources, a dispute was going on between BJP leader Dhirendra Pratap Singh and Jayaprakash Pal over the quota shop in Durjanpur village. In this case the SDM and CO of the area also reached the village meeting to resolve the dispute. Ballia SP Devendra Nath said that the firing incident occurred after a dispute between two parties in which one person has died. The entire case is being investigated.
