41 Corona positive found in a building in Kapashera, Delhi
On April 19, this building was sealed after a person was found positive.
New Delhi: Despite millions of efforts, the Corona virus havoc is not coming down in Delhi. Once again a case like Markaz has surfaced in Delhi. There is a building located in ‘theke wali gali’ in Kapashera area. 41 people living here have been found to be corona virus positive. There has been a stir because of the number of people getting covid-19 positive together. According to information received from the DM office of South-West Delhi, on April 19, this building was sealed after a person got positive.
Sample was taken
Theke wali gali is near DC office. There are guidelines to seal the area on receiving more than 3 cases, but there is a very dense population here, so after one case, the administration decided to seal the building. A sample of all the people living here was taken. Those who were sent to the National Institute of Biologists (NIB Noida) for examination. When the report came on Saturday, 41 people were found positive.
Large population lives here
Kapashera has a large population of migrant laborers. Most of the people working in the factories of Delhi-Gurugram live here. Dozens of people live in each house in the narrow streets of the area. It is said that about 1.25 lakh people live in this area. In such a situation, getting 41 patients from a building is giving great tension to the administration.
