Come to Lakhimpur if you don’t believe me. He described the episode as regrettable since it is being exploited politically. In our party, there is no partisanship. There will be a fair investigation, and we will completely comply. He stated that the perpetrators would face the most severe penalty. He claimed that the mob was made up of miscreants dressed as farmers. On the subject of resignation, Ajay Mishra stated that it is the opposition’s demand.

On Friday evening, Ajay Mishra Teni arrived in Lucknow to attend a gathering of BJP MPs, MLAs, and party office bearers from the Awadh area at the Chief Minister’s residence. The meeting was attended by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, BJP State President Swatantra Dev Singh, and Organization General Secretary Sunil Bansal. The notice was then put outside the home of Minister of State for Home Ajay Mishra Teni. Ashish Mishra is expected to be arrested on Saturday, according to reports.

The state government had to answer severe questions from the Chief Justice because of insufficient police action throughout the hearing. He has chastised the state administration and inquired whether the police issue notifications to murder suspects and summon them for questioning.

The Chief Justice has questioned why the killer has not been apprehended yet. Responding to the court’s inquiries, state government attorney Harish Salve claimed that the farmers’ post-mortem reports did not disclose bullet wounds. Thus, notice was sent to them. Two cartridges were found at the scene, he added. Something else appears to have been the accused’s goal. When it came to handing the notice to Ashish Mishra, the court stated, “Will a person accused of causing death or bullet harm in this country be treated like way?”
