Lucknow: BJP leader and the winner of Legislative Assembly Elections from Ballia dayashankar Singh’s political and personal life is intersecting each other again. Just before swearing ceremony of the Uttar Pradesh government, dayashankar’s wife, Swati Singh, who was the minister in Yogi Adityanath lead government, has filed a divorce case in the family court of Lucknow on Monday. Political experts are of view that Dayashankar is among the probables who has to swear in for the post of minister. But after this incident the party will surely rethink of it.

A tragic episode was in 2017 too
Before the 2017 elections dayashankar Singh made a remark over BSP chief Mayawati. Due to his remark BJP was on backfoot and it had to expell dayashankar from the party. BSP protested in the leadership of Nasimuddin Siddiqui. Mr. Siddiqui did a mistake and it lead a path for Swati Singh. BJP fielded her from Sarojini Nagar seat of Lucknow and she was able to win it. Swati got the charge of minister of state in Yogi Adityanath’s government. Later on she was promoted to Minister of state (independent charge) after 2019 Lok Sabha elections. Before this episode Dayashankar was among the probables to get the ticket from BJP.
Viral audio was there too this time
This time BJP has decided that it is not going to field Swati Singh from Sarojini Nagar seat. Dayashankar Singh was asking ticket from there but during the course of time a Viral audio became problem to dayashankar. In that viral audio a person was alleging that, Dayashankar had taken over a house of a person. The person was over phone call to Swati Singh. She could be hard in that audio saying that the things should not go in the acknowledgement of dayashankar as he beat her. This became a reason of denying ticket to dayashankar from Sarojini Nagar. Infact the situation reached up to the mark that BJP was not going to field him from anywhere. A powerful leader in the Center could manage to get him the ticket from Ballia.

Swati filed case in 2012
Swati Singh decided to have a divorce from dayashankar in 2012. she filed case in the same year in family court. After she became minister in 2017, she didn’t observe the case and it got dismissed in 2018. Now she again wants to reopen it. So.she visited to family court on Monday.
