Dhiraj Kumar’s debut Bollywood venture “Kaashi in search of Ganga” starring Sharman Joshi and Aishwarya Devan in lead is All set to release on 21st September this year. The film is produced by Insite India, Directed by Dhiraj Kumar and written by Manish Kishore.
KAASHI is a tumultuous romantic suspense thriller based in city Varanasi. Where protagonist Kaashi who burns pyres on Manikarnika ghat falls in love with a high profile journalist Devina. And then the story leads to a point out of Imagination when Kaashi’s sister Ganga Goes missing. Devina and Kaashi search for her unfolding many mysteries of Kaashi’s life.
The film is majorly shot in Varanasi with Mumbai and Mussoorie as other shooting locations. Apart from Sharman Joshi and Aishwarya Devan the film stars Manoj Joshi, Manoj Pahwa, Akhilendra Mishra, Govind Namdev, Priyanka Singh, Mehul Surana, Mugdha Meharia, Kranti Prakash Jha, Paritosh Tripathi and Pushkar Tiwari.
