Raghav Rao who is famous for his dialogue “Arthamainda” in the Star Plus serial Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali is now in a confused state of mind as his ex-girlfriend enters his life without a knock-knock. In a turn of events, he sleeps with his ex-girlfriend Esha in a hotel room in Warangal. Upon realizing what of a sin he committed, he feels guilty.

He returns home back but his memories of cheating on his wife with his ex-girlfriend unknowingly don’t allow him to live in peace. He feels lonely as he is unable to express what happened with him and Esha to the love of his life Pallavi. Pallavi and Raghav love each other a lot and despite getting married forcefully they have developed a deep bond of love and respect.

Raghav doesn’t want to meet or talk to Esha but however, she tries to contact Raghav and meets him at his home with the reason of explaining some clause of a project. Raghav confesses to Esha that he has moved on in his life with Pallavi and whatever feelings he had for her has died 5 years back when she got married to another guy. Esha is no longer living with her husband as she divorced him.
Esha returns home in a emotional state of mind when she gets the shock of her husband who is living in her home and asking for money. Pallavi and Raghav’s Amma arrange for pooja at home but Raghav rushes towards meeting Esha after hearing a news article from his sister Keerti about a girl committing suicide due to love failure. When Raghav pushes the door to open, he finds Esha who is tied by ropes to a chair.
