Information and content on a particular topic are available on the internet, in books, and also in magazines all over the world. However, you may have noticed that despite so much information that is available to us in a matter of seconds, we do meet some ignorant type of people in our lives. Well, they are ignorant not because they don’t want to learn or upgrade themselves. They are ignorant because they didn’t get the right kind of training and development required to lead a successful life.

Teaching every student type is not easy for a teacher in modern times. But if you really make an effort and try to understand why the student is not picking up the topic, you will be able to solve the learning gap. For example, had I written this article without giving you an example, you would have really grasped the information as it is without really knowing what I am trying to say. Because I know my readers, I know what learning level they come from, so I make consistent efforts in all my copies to give real-life examples of people who are going through different situations in life.

In this article too, I will give you an example. Neha was quite well-educated and had good grades throughout her academic life. When she met Nikita, she realized why despite having so much intelligence, Nikita wasn’t able to get good marks in her exams. It was because Nikita was fed up or got bored immediately reading the books that contained the concepts of her subjects. Neha made it easier for Nikita by making notes of important concepts of each subject and explaining them to her as if the concepts were happening in the real life.
This helped Nikita grasp the concepts easily and she could recollect all the information that she learned because of the simple notes with an example given to her by Neha. Neha understood that Nikita was really a brilliant student because her grades were better than before and even Neha too.
With so much content that is already available everywhere, it is important for a teacher or a subject matter expert to prepare notes and lectures in such a way that students can relate to and understand. We no longer need people who have come from bookish knowledge but people who can implement whatever they have learned in their books to real-life scenarios.
With the existing population in India and the current new education policies, I really don’t know how much will students really appreciate the education system and aim for higher degrees. All I understand is the educators, teachers, and people who work in the education system should be more dynamic and willing to explore new possibilities so that they can engage the students who have enrolled for the courses.
Teaching with an example every concept whether difficult or simple, is just one of the ways to help students pass their exams with flying colors and also lead a beautiful and responsible life.
