A learner can refer to websites like Scribd to understand how a bachelor or master-level degree students perform the project work in terms of content for the various sections that need to be compulsorily mentioned to make it a book of some good research and analysis.
Usually, project work is based on primary and secondary research. Some learners are quite good at communication skills and actively like to do field visits, which makes them easier to gather information on the topic of their choice through surveys, questionnaires, interviews, etc. and that helps them come to an analysis of their own primary research and have less scope for secondary research in their project book.

Either way, a project should clearly narrate why it has been done and what is the purpose of giving your time and effort to the topic, and how it will benefit the readers who are reading the project.
