UP schools won’t be able to increase fees in 2021-22 session: Dinesh Sharma

Lucknow: Schools in UP will not be able to increase fees in the academic session 2021-22. This order will be applicable to the schools of all the boards operating in the state. Transport fee will not be payable during the period of school closure. Students will be able to pay monthly fees if they have difficulty in giving 3 months advance fees.

UP Deputy CM and Education Minister Dinesh Sharma said, “UP schools will not be able to increase fees in this session, if the school is not going to take offline exams, then examination fees will not be taken, sports, lab, library, computer, annual function. If such activities are not being done then they will not be charged.

At the same time, online classes started in UP today. In view of the havoc of Corona virus, online classes have started in class 9th to 12th and university according to the order of the government.

There are 29,94,312 students registered in the UP Board High School Examination, including 16,74,022 students and 13,20,290 students. At the same time, speaking of intermediate, 26,09,501 are registered for this class this year, including 14,73,771 students and 11,35,730 students. In all, 56,03,813 students are registered in the UP board.
