Lucknow: UP Board Class 10 and 12 Result 2021 LIVE Updates: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP), Prayagraj will declare the class 10 and 12 results today, July 31 at 3:30 pm. At the scheduled time results will go live at upmsp.edu.in and upresults.nic.in. at the official website. As per the chairman UPMSP, Rakesh Garg as many as 26.09 lakh students have been enrolled for class 12 and about 29.94 lakh students are registered for class 10 in the UP board exam.
In the history of the UP Board, this is the first time that UPMSP is declaring the results without holding 10 and 12 exams. This year, a new numbering criterion is prepared to calculate marks, for the class of both 10 and 12 students, a new evaluation criterion has been designed and formulated in the wake of canceled exams. Meanwhile, 50% weightage will be given to class 10 results, 10 percent to class 12 pre-boards, and 40% weightage to class 11 exam final marks while preparing results
However, there was no change in the minimum passing score of 33 percent marks. Last year, around 83.31 percent of students passed the class 12 exam while in 2019 the pass percentage was at 80.07 percent. This year’s pass percentage is expected to go up. It is likely that UP Board will pass all students and get almost 100 percent results.

UP Board class 12 Result 2021: No merit list
Since there were no exams held and the result has been prepared on the basis of new evaluation criteria, so the UPMSP has decided not to release the student’s merit list this year. This means, no topper will be announced.
