So, how do we achieve excellence? Excellence in our professions can be achieved if we know how to give our best and how our efforts are helping the company to achieve good results. For example, if you slog for 14 hours a day and yet give work that has lots of mistakes and errors, which is of no use to the company then you are not doing things the right way. You need to know how to do the right work and give it at the right time.
For example, if you are a news writer and there is breaking news in your city and you publish it the next day with no detailed work, then it is of no use to your readers. Same way, if you have to deposit a client’s cheque by a particular date and you deposit the same after date, then it is of no use to both the parties, and in fact, a penalty gets occurred.
So, there are certain nuances which you need to learn and get yourself trained while you are in the profession and that will only help you lead an excellent professional life and make more progress and success.
