Education Desk – Finally! The Times Higher Education Asia Rankings 2023 has been released. Fortunately, 18 Indian universities secured a place in the top 200 in the ranking list. IISc Bangalore secured the 48th position in 2023, but it was the lowest rank since 2015. Last year IISc Bangalore secured 42nd place.
JSS Academy secured rank 68. Shoolini University secured rank 77.
China’s Tsinghua University has topped the Times Higher Education Asia Rankings and China, Peking University secured the second position. The third position was achieved by the National University of Singapore.

Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences — Rank 113
Jamia Millia Islamia — Rank 128
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Ropar — Rank 131
Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology — Rank 137
Moreover, Banaras Hindu University, Jawaharlal Nehru University, IIT Indore IIT Gandhinagar, and Delhi Technological University couldn’t make it to the top 200 list in 2023. But these universities have secured good positions in recent NIRF rankings.
