New Delhi: Schools can be opened after lockdown with 30 percent student movement. Union Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank on Thursday, while interacting live with teachers across the country on Twitter, said that guide lines are being prepared for the reopening of schools and higher educational institutions.

He said that keeping in mind the Covid-19, NCERT for schools and UGC for higher educational institutions are preparing new guidelines. After the lockdown, the school will study in colleges and higher educational institutions based on these guidelines.

Union Human Resource Development Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank said that there are about one thousand universities, 45 thousand degree colleges, one crore teachers and 33 crore students in the country. It also has a larger population than the US. Odd conditions such as Covid-19 have united all states. All the states are fighting this crisis together under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The UGC has set up a task force to reorganize studies and examinations in universities and colleges. Whereas NCERT is preparing social distancing guidelines keeping in mind the health of students with the opening of schools. In which 30 percent of the students will be allowed to come to school when the lock down opens. By which students of one class will be called for studies in a phased manner. The lockdown will open with new guidelines. NCERT is preparing this guideline.
