On Friday night, hours after receiving approval from the Supreme Court, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) made a major statement, stating that NEET UG and PG counselling will begin next week. On its official website, mcc.nic.in, the MCC has issued a notification in this regard.

On Friday, January 7, the MCC stated, “Counselling Schedule for NEET-PG and UG 2021 counselling will soon be uploaded on Official website of MCC, DGHS.”
Reservation quotas are as follows:
- 15% for SC
- 7.5% for ST
- 5% for PwD
- 27% for non-creamy layer of OBC
- 10% for EWS
The process for central institutions will remain the same as in prior years; however, the MCC has made certain adjustments to the AIC NEET counselling scheme. The Medical Counselling Committee added, “The proposed modified scheme of Online 4 rounds of counselling will be in keeping with the prevalent norms of counselling (including fees and security deposit) being followed for Central Institutes/Universities.”
How to Apply for AIQ NEET UG and PG Counseling
- Visit the official website mcc.nic.in
- Select the tab for PG or UG counselling.
- The registration link will be shown. Select it by clicking on it.
- Register by filling out the essential information.
- Now you must log in and complete the application form.
- Upload your documents, pay the registration money, and submit your application.
- Get a copy of the application form.
