Meerut: In order to change the evaluation work for the main examination year 2020 in the context of global epidemic covid-19, an emergency meeting of the examination committee was held through video conference in which it was decided that the evaluation work in the green and orange zones of the districts will be made. Appraisal controller at university level and coordinator at college level will be appointed to supervise the evaluation work.

It was also decided in the meeting that the university will make bar codings on answer sheets and OMR sheets available to the colleges. After evaluation of answer sheets, OMR will be matched at university level. For this, the university has written a letter to the Mandalayukta of Meerut and Saharanpur to evaluate and issue passes to teachers, employees and vehicles involved in the said work.
