Lack of teachers is the problem of UP Sanskrit schools

Sanskrit schools in Uttar Pradesh are going through a lot of dilemma.

You will be shocked to know that there are 958 Sanskrit schools providing the subject from classes 6 to 12.

However, 117 of them do not have even one teacher to impart education for the students.

Moreover, 58 government-aided Sanskrit-medium secondary schools have already shut their schools due to lack of qualified teachers.

The reason for this shortage is that employing Sanskrit teachers has been stopped due to bureaucracy since the past three decades.

The education officials of the state plans to hire retired Sanskrit teachers as of now for the most-affected schools and also have decided to fill up the empty posts as soon as possible.

Seriously, it seems Sanskrit education in Uttar Pradesh is on a downfall.
