The Telangana government’s e-learning programme that was broadcasted on Doordarshan has been well-received by the students.
Chitra Ramachandran, Special Chief Secretary for Higher Education, Telangana confirmed the same.
With over 87% viewership on DD, the distance learning programme was launched to ensure continuation of studies for students during the coronavirus lockdown.
Digital content with good amount of graphics was used to prepare the course material and provide quality education to the students of government schools.
The response has been encouraging for the programme and even broadcast through T-SAT which is Telangana’s government channel and T-SAT apps will be done soon.
