Courage is the skill to reduce our fears that arises in uncertain or expected situations making us feel unpleasant and in danger. Courage is a person’s mental strength that helps him endure and face dangerous or difficult situations in life. Courage is also called bravery, boldness, determination, self-reliance, fearlessness, and valiance.
Emotional Courage is the need of the hour in pandemic times. Courage helps us to become aware of both negative and positive feelings and emotions. Courage is making the heart understand that we are strong enough to face come what the situation in life. When in stress or fear in life, courage makes a person believe in his abilities and become strong. It helps a man face the reality with hope and faith to reduce misery and challenges. You need to have faith in God or the Supreme Power to re-ignite the bravery in you.
For example, during coronavirus times, we come across much negative news on a daily basis about the deaths, infections, job crisis, financial loss, economic slowdown, suicide cases, etc. All these we hear, see the news, and read about in media on a regular basis can make people stressed or live in fear. What if you get the virus and die? would be the question your mind would be asking you every day before you go to sleep. In such times, it is essential that you do not lose hope and live a life with courage.
Living life in constant worry or tension will not take one anywhere. You will have a beautiful life ahead but clouding your mind with negative emotions and thoughts due to the world happenings will put you in a major emotional turmoil and hence, you need the COURAGE to believe in yourself and follow a healthy and happy living pattern to overcome the crisis situations.
