Event design is all about keeping in mind the design, which is how does one want the event want to reflect to the audience.
Creativity plays an important role in Event Design. It is about understanding if some programs are kept to entertain the guests or create memories for them.
Thus for the same, an agenda has to be in place to help the organizer and guests to know clearly what to expect from the event.
Now as we are living in the pandemic times, technology plays a huge role in designing an event. We need to think that if attendees cannot be a part of the events physically then can we opt to relay in LIVE? For eg; Digital / technology helps to telecast live function which can be attended by your guests any where in the world. You need to provide link, which captures the event & telecast it live.
Production involves back-end preparation i.e. printing of invite card be in physical card, WhatsApp, video etc to send to the guest in advance.
Audio helps the organizer to conduct the event i.e. music system, instrument play, mike set which may be required for the event.
Audience who attended the function, their details can be recorded manually or using technology for reference purpose.
