Amongst the myriad of courses available, certain degree programs have gained significant popularity. For instance, 11% of students expressed a keen interest in pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, indicating a growing fascination with business and management studies. Additionally, courses like Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) (9%), B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering (6%), and Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharma)(5%) also garnered substantial appeal, accounting for over 30% of all pursued Degree Courses in the city. This is a clear trend towards more job-oriented, professional degrees based on the mega study by CollegeDekho.

Moreover, the survey also highlighted that 68.75% of students from Uttar Pradesh prefer to study within the state. This preference can be attributed to the availability of quality educational institutions and diverse academic programs offered within Uttar Pradesh.
