Change can be a very difficult thing to manage, especially if your mind is not flexible and adaptable to new situations, new people, and new places. If you are someone who is quite introverted, likes to be in your own space, don’t like to mingle with other unknown people, and are comfortable working in the same career for many years, then for you, a change can be a huge challenge that can leave a big impact on your physical and mental health.

As women age, so do their responsibilities towards themselves and others increases. A woman in her 30s may be married, so she has to keep a tab on the health of her parents and in-laws, along with making sure her relationship with her husband doesn’t fall apart. Not only does she have to manage her home, relationships but also a career that is very important to keep in today’s times. Without money, no bills can be paid in the present and even in the long run.

If a child has to be planned in a middle-class family, both partners should be emotionally and financially stable in today’s times. The COVID-19 crisis has made humanity suffer the most and lead to tragic times that are difficult to overcome. Moreover to the existing job market that is sloping downwards, women in their late 30s and early 40s are getting stressed out on how to manage the way forward.

Make sure you have a support network who is with you always to help you make that change in your life. Friends, family members, and relatives can be approached or shared only if they are understanding of your situation and give you the right advice that can be followed for your betterment. Never lose hope, it doesn’t rain always, and don’t be harsh on yourself.
