Candidates of final semester undergraduate exams of Calcutta University will get two hours of time to answer exam papers online from their home.
The university’s Vice Chancellor Sonali Chakraborty Banerjee shared in a media interaction that the students will get questions mailed or WhatsApped to them just before the exams by their respective institutes.
30 minutes will be provided to the students to upload the answer papers. In case, students face any technical issues, they can contact their college professor in-charge.
The exams are going to be held from 1 to 8 October 2020 and results will be declared by the university by 18 October 2020.
The UGC has ordered the universities and colleges of the country to limit the exam duration for 2 to 3 hours and not beyond that for the benefit of the students and institutes alike.
