New Delhi: The Central Board of Secondary Education has filed a fresh affidavit in the Supreme Court for class 12th. In this affidavit, CBSE has said that the results of the examination will be declared by July 31, 2021 and disputes regarding calculation of results will be referred to a committee.
There will be an online facility to register for the optional examination. It has also been said that if the favorable situation prevails, then this exam will be conducted tentatively between August 15 and September 15, 2021.
The marks obtained in the optional examination will be considered as the final marks. It is worth noting that in the matter of class 12th board examinations, the Supreme Court has told the Central Board of Secondary Education that we have agreed in principle to your scheme, but in some petitions, the cancellation of the board examination has been challenged, so these It is also necessary to listen to the petitioners.
The court will hear only those petitions which have been filed. The court will no longer hear the new petitions and will ask the registry not to accept the new petitions. The Supreme Court will hear these petitions at 2 pm on Tuesday.

In the CBSE 12th examination case, the Supreme Court has said that it will study the scheme of CBSE and the petition for physical examination filed by the students point by point.
