Meerut: On Friday the number of deaths from corona in Meerut has increased. Today, three Corona victims died in the city, with this the number of deaths from Corona has now risen to 74. There is no decrease in the number of new Covid cases in Meerut. Even today 48 new corona patients were confirmed.
According to the bulletin issued by the Health Department, in the test report of 2650 samples received today, 48 reports have come out positive. The total number of corona infected people in Meerut has now increased to 1398, of which the number of discharged people is 886 while 438 patients are undergoing treatment.
Today three women succumbed to the corona infection, one of whom was 60 years old, who was from Mawana Meerut and was admitted to LLRM Hospital. The second woman was 39 years old, she died in Subharti Hospital while the third woman was only 26 years old and she was also undergoing treatment at LLRM Hospital. In Meerut, the death toll from Corona has now risen to 74.
