Union Home Secretary Ajay Bhalla has written a letter to the Chief Ministers of all the states and union territories saying that the second wave of corona epidemic is not over yet, so any kind of laxity or laxity can prove to be dangerous. He said that with the reduction in the cases of corona infection, the states and union territories have started activities in a phased manner, but it is necessary that during this time there is no negligence of any kind.
He said that due to the violation of the guidelines of the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, if the cases of corona infection increase in any area, restrictions will have to be implemented immediately and for this the establishment, premises or shop etc. will be held responsible. In such cases, action will also be taken against the culprits under the relevant laws. The Ministry of Home Affairs has reiterated that the officer of the area where restrictions are imposed will be held responsible for negligence.
