Earlier in the press conference organized by the Union Health Secretary, “The situation in Maharashtra has become very worrying, 60 percent of the total active cases are in the state. 45 percent of new deaths are concentrated. ” He said, “On March 1, Maharashtra’s positive rate used to be around 11 percent, which has now risen to over 16%. It is a matter of concern that if there are not as many tests going on as the cases are increasing here, then there is a need to increase the testing here. ”
