Oxygen cylinders looted at Damoh in Madhya Pradesh

Damoh, Madhya Pradesh: The intensity of the second wave of Corona is affecting the health system of the entire country. It would not be wrong to say that the country’s health system has collapsed at this time. The most effective weapon in providing relief to the Corona patients in the country is the acute shortage of oxygen, due to which the number of deaths of Corona patients is also increasing rapidly. Meanwhile, a sensational case of looting of oxygen cylinders from Damoh in Madhya Pradesh has come to light.

According to the information, oxygen cylinders were looted by some people in the district hospital of Damoh last night. According to the district collector, as soon as a full truckload of oxygen reached the hospital, people started looting the cylinders. This incident occurred when sufficient amount of oxygen is available in the district hospital. Now the people involved in this incident are identified and cases are being registered against them.

After the loot of the cylinders, this case caught up so much that the police had to be called in the hospital last night.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has dialed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Ministers of Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Gujarat to ensure uninterrupted oxygen supply to the state. He has urged the neighbouring states to take stern action against all the those blocking oxygen cylinders supply to Madhya Pradesh.
