Lucknow: Only 340 new cases of corona virus infection were reported in Uttar Pradesh on Tuesday. At the same time 57 patients have died. According to the Health Bulletin, 21,914 people have died due to corona virus so far, while the total number of infected people has increased to 17,03,207 after 340 new cases were reported.
The rate of recovery from virus infection has increased to 98.3 percent and in the last 24 hours, 1,104 infected people have returned to their homes after recovering while 16,74,072 patients have become free from corona virus infection so far. At present, 7,221 infected people are in isolation in the state or are getting their treatment in government and private hospitals.
The bulletin said that over 2.57 lakh samples have been tested in the state in the last 24 hours while more than 5.38 crore samples have been tested so far.
