Lucknow: Corona continues to wreak havoc in Uttar Pradesh. The number of infected in the state is constantly increasing. While giving the latest information, the Health Department said that there have been a total of 1843 positive cases in the state so far. Out of this, 289 people have been cured. Principal Secretary (Health) Amit Mohan Prasad said that 29 people have lost their lives in the state so far.
Amit Mohan Prasad told reporters here, “Total cases in the state are 1843″. Out of these, 289 patients have gone completely healthy after treatment and 29 people have died unfortunate. Most of the dead were either elderly or already had some serious disease. ”
He informed that now the number of active cases is 1525 and all patients are being treated in various hospitals. A total of 58 districts of the state are affected by Corona virus infection. Prasad said that as far as testing of samples is concerned, yesterday, 3876 samples were tested and 3415 samples were sent to laboratories. He told that men affected by infection 79. 1 percent while women 20. 85 percent.
