Maharashtra govt mandates COVID-negative report for travellers from these four states

Mumbai: People coming from Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Gujarat and Goa will no longer get entry in Maharashtra. It has been made mandatory to bring covid-19 report to people going from these states. In view of the growing case of Corona, the Maharashtra Government has taken these steps. The state’s CM Uddhav Thackeray has also warned in view of the second wave of Corona.

Announcing this decision, the Maharashtra government has said that only those passengers from Delhi-NCR, Gujarat, Rajasthan and Goa will be allowed to enter Maharashtra who have a negative report of Corona. This will apply to passengers arriving by both aircraft and trains. In the case of flight, this report will have to be taken 72 hours before the landing while the time limit for the train will be 96 hours.
